1. Overview

Rollteer LLC ("Rollteer," "we," "us") operates rollteer.com as a marketing, informational, and free-tools website. This policy covers the company website and the free tools available at rollteer.com/tools — the Signature Creator and the Invoice Creator. We take your privacy seriously and explain clearly what information may be collected, why, and how it is used.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it to target you with third-party advertising. We are a trucking company that also builds practical tools for operators — not a data company.

2. What We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you contact us through a form or via email, we may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if provided
• The content of your message (freight details, inquiry type, etc.)
• Company name, if provided

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

Retention: Contact inquiry data and correspondence are retained for up to three (3) years for business record purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Like most websites, our server and any analytics tools we use may automatically collect:

• IP address (typically anonymized)
• Browser type and operating system
• Referring URL and pages visited
• Date and time of visit

This data is used to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the experience. It is not used to identify individuals.

3. Free Tools & Local Data Storage

Rollteer offers two free browser-based tools at rollteer.com/tools:

• Signature Creator: Generates professional email signatures for trucking and logistics professionals. Allows customization of name, title, company, contact details, slogan, colors, and logo.
• Invoice Creator: Generates professional freight, repair, dealer, and contractor invoices. Allows entry of company information, client details, line items, banking information, and authorized signatures.

All data entered in these tools is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use an AI feature or export a document. Specifically:

• Signature data (name, title, company, phone, email, slogan, colors, logo image) is saved in localStorage under keys prefixed with rollteer_user_signature_data_.
• Invoice data (company information, client details, line items, bank details) is saved in localStorage under the key rollteer_invoice_data.
• Your AI credit balance is saved in localStorage under rollteer_user_credits.
• Uploaded logo or reference images are stored temporarily in browser memory during the session and are not transmitted to our servers except when used as AI prompt context (see Section 4).

You can clear all locally stored tool data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or localStorage for rollteer.com. We have no access to this data and cannot recover it on your behalf.

4. AI Processing

The Signature Creator and Invoice Creator include optional AI-powered features that use Google Gemini (models: Gemini 2.5 Flash and Gemini 2.5 Pro) to generate copy, slogans, line items, and invoice terms based on your text prompts.

When you use an AI feature:

• Your text prompt and, if you upload one, your reference image are transmitted to Google's Gemini API over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• This transmission is routed through Rollteer's server-side proxy to protect the API key. The server does not log or store the content of your prompt or image beyond the duration of the API call.
• Google processes your input under Google's Privacy Policy and their applicable AI usage terms. We recommend not including sensitive personal or financial information in AI prompts.
• AI-generated output is returned to your browser and is not stored by Rollteer's servers.

Using the AI features is optional. All tool features remain fully functional without using AI.

5. Credits & Payments

AI features in the free tools operate on a credit system. New users receive 25 complimentary credits. Additional credits can be purchased in packages through the in-app checkout flow.

Regarding payment data:

• Rollteer LLC does not directly collect or store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment card data. Card details are tokenized in your browser by Stripe before being sent to our server.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs their handling of your payment data.
• Your credit balance is stored in your browser's localStorage. Rollteer does not maintain a server-side account for free tool users.
• If you have a question about a charge, contact us at admin@rollteer.com with the date and amount of the transaction.

6. How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used to:

• Respond to freight inquiries, rate requests, and general questions
• Evaluate carrier partnership applications
• Communicate with you about your specific request
• Maintain records required for business operations (contracts, compliance)

We do not use your information to:

• Send unsolicited marketing emails
• Build advertising profiles
• Sell or lease your data to third parties
• Combine with third-party data for tracking purposes

7. Cookies & Local Storage

In addition to cookies, this site uses browser localStorage to persist your tool settings and credit balance across sessions (see Section 3). localStorage is not a cookie and is not transmitted to our servers with requests. You can clear it via your browser's developer tools or site data settings.

This website may use cookies or similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: Required for basic website functionality.
• Analytics cookies: If we use Google Analytics or a similar tool, aggregated and anonymized data about page visits helps us improve site content. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking that follows you across other websites.

8. Third Parties

We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Google Gemini API: AI prompt text and optional reference images are transmitted to Google's Gemini API when you use AI features. See Section 4.
• Email delivery: When you send us an email or submit a form, that message is routed through our email provider (Google Workspace or similar). Their privacy policies apply to delivery infrastructure, not to the content of your message as it relates to us.
• SMS delivery: Dispatch coordination messages and administrator verification codes are routed through our licensed SMS carrier solely to deliver the message. No mobile number or consent data is shared for any other purpose. See Section 11.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, information held by Rollteer LLC may transfer to the acquiring entity under the same privacy commitments.

We do not share your information with load boards, brokers, or freight marketplaces without your knowledge.

9. Security

We use standard technical safeguards to protect information submitted through this website, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable precautions proportional to the type of data collected.

Credit purchases made through the free tools are processed via Stripe. Card data is tokenized client-side by Stripe.js and the resulting token is transmitted to our server to complete the charge. Rollteer's servers never receive or store your raw card number, CVV, or expiration date. Stripe maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance for all payment data.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

• The right to know what data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of any marketing communications

11. SMS Messaging

Rollteer LLC is an operating motor carrier, and text messaging is a working tool of that operation. We use SMS for two purposes only, both described below. We do not run marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS campaigns, we do not text website visitors or users of the free tools, and we never buy, rent, or import phone number lists.

11.1 Freight & Dispatch Coordination

Our dispatchers exchange text messages with the freight brokers, carriers, and drivers we are actively working with to move a load: load assignments and pickup instructions, address and appointment confirmation, route or delay updates, rate confirmations, delivery status, and the ordinary back-and-forth of coordinating a shipment. These conversations are individual and transactional — a dispatcher writing to a specific counterpart about a specific load.

• What we collect: the business mobile number of the broker, carrier, or driver, and the message thread relating to the shipment
• How we obtain it: directly from that person or company in the course of arranging freight — on a call, in a rate confirmation, in a carrier packet, or in prior correspondence — with their agreement to be contacted by text about the work
• How we use it: solely to coordinate the shipment at hand and to keep the business record of that coordination

Message frequency varies with active shipments; there is no scheduled or bulk sending. Message and data rates may apply.

11.2 Administrator Identity Verification

The same business line delivers one-time passcodes that verify the identity of administrators and authorized personnel signing in to the Rollteer administrative console. The receiving number is entered directly by the administrator in the console configuration and is never collected from visitors. A passcode is sent only in response to a sign-in attempt initiated by the recipient, so frequency depends entirely on sign-in activity. Passcodes expire two minutes after being issued and are not retained after use. We keep the date, time, and delivery result of each attempt as a security audit entry.

11.3 Who It Is Shared With

For both purposes, the number is transmitted to our licensed SMS carrier solely to deliver the message, and to no one else. We do not share numbers with load boards, freight marketplaces, data brokers, or affiliates.

11.4 Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP, email admin@rollteer.com, or visit rollteer.com for assistance. The complete program terms are published in Section 14 of our Terms of Service.
