This section states the complete terms of the Rollteer LLC SMS program and applies to every text message we send.
Rollteer LLC is an operating motor carrier and uses text messaging for two purposes. The only messages you may receive from us are:
We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages, we do not text website visitors or users of the free tools, and we do not send bulk or automated campaigns.
For dispatch coordination, consent is given by the broker, carrier, or driver when they provide a mobile number for the purpose of arranging freight and agree to be contacted by text about the work — typically on a call, in a rate confirmation, or in a carrier packet. These are two-way conversations about an active shipment.
For identity verification, consent is given by the account administrator when the receiving number is entered into the console configuration, and is inherent in each sign-in attempt, since a passcode is only sent in response to an authentication action started by the recipient.
Consent is never a condition of purchasing anything from Rollteer LLC, and we do not require it to quote or move freight.
Message frequency varies — it depends on active shipments and on sign-in activity, and there is no recurring, scheduled, or bulk delivery. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Rollteer LLC does not charge you for these messages.
Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting that number. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. If you are a broker, carrier, or driver, we will continue to reach you by phone or email about active freight. If the number receives sign-in passcodes, opting out disables SMS verification for it.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and on your device, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message will arrive.
